Hari ini dekat sekolah haziQ and geng rase bersalah bercampur frust, dalam seumur hidup haziQ tak pernah haziQ ponteng kelas..tetapi hari ni haziQ dituduh ponteng kelas Matematik pada minggu lepas hari Jumaat..cerite yang sebenarnye macam ni..

Pada pukul 11.40 hari Jumaat yang lepas, haziQ diberitahu oleh kawan-kawan bahawa kelas Matematik akan diadakan di bilik Bio, haziQ and geng pun pergi la bilik Bio, setelah 15-20 minit menunggu haziQ fikir cikgu tak datang..haziQ pun terus la balik kelas..sebab lepas kelas Matematik haziQ ada kelas Bahasa Inggeris..after a momment pelajar perempuan balik kelas..masa tu Teacher Shima dah ada dalam kelas..pelajar perempuan memberi tahu bahawa kelas Matematik tadi ada..Cikgu Matematik pun cakap kitorang ni ponteng padahal kami dah tunggu dekat bilik Bio tu hampir setengah jam..

Begitu lah cerite nya…and hari ni haziQ dibawa berjumpa dengan Cikgu Faizun(guru disiplin) haziQ mule la rasa takut sebab haziQ dah la pengawas tambahan pulak haziQ tak pernah pun terlibat dengan masalah disiplin..masa cikgu Faizun bertanya kat kitorang, tiba-tiba Cikgu Shima pun lalu..haziQ and geng mintak cikgu Shima backup sebab mase tu kan waktu die…lepas tu nasib baik semuenye settle…Allamdulillah…Allah sentiasa menyebelahi pihak yang benar..

On April 19, Hitachi Maxell, Ltd. announced the development of new volume optical storage technology that can provide terabyte-level storage capacity in a compact device. Relying on unique nanoimprint technology, the company has succeeded in reducing the thickness of DVDs to 0.092 mm (92 micrometers) — which is 1/13th the thickness of current DVDs — while maintaining the standard capacity of 4.7 GB.

The system features what the company calls Stacked Volumetric Optical Disc (SVOD) technology, which consists of 100 ultra-thin optical discs (12-cm in diameter, the same as current DVDs) loaded into a 6.5-cm (2.5-inch) thick cartridge. The result is a compact optical disc library system (1/10th the conventional size) capable of combining random access memory and long-term storage.

When laminated on both sides, disc capacity will reach 9.4 GB, bringing the 100-disc cartridge up to near-terabyte level with 940 GB of storage. The company claims that next-generation blue laser technology could boost cartridge capacity to 5 terabytes (50 GB for each double-sided disc).

According to Hitachi Maxell, potential applications of this storage media include library systems for business and institutions. While continuing to investigate other applications, the company aims to cultivate the market by presenting this technology at academic conferences and exhibitions.

The discs will be priced at under 40,000 yen (US$325) for a stack of 100.

There is a mailbox located underwater off the coast of Susami in Wakayama prefecture.

The mailbox is not some old sunken relic, but an actual mail collection point officially recognized as part of Susami’s postal system.

Each day the contents are collected from the box, which reportedly contains as many as 200 pieces of mail at the busiest times.

On November 6, Oki Electric announced the development of iris recognition technology for camera-equipped mobile phones. Unlike Oki’s previous iris recognition technology that relies on infrared cameras for the iris scan, the new technology uses ordinary cellphone cameras.

With plans to make the technology commercially available in March 2007, Oki hopes to boost the security of cellphone payment systems.

According to Oki, any camera-equipped cellphone or PDA can perform iris recognition once the special software is installed. Identification accuracy is said to be high, with only 1 in 100,000 scans resulting in error, and the system can tell the difference between flesh-and-blood eyes and photographs.
